Depending on your goals and the frequency of your sessions, there are a range of coaching options available.
Introductory
An introductory session lasts between 75- 90 minutes.
Followed by 60-minute sessions, ideally spaced around 1-2 weeks apart.
Includes phone/email follow-ups in between so you feel fully supported.
Programmes
Complete Confidence includes four 60-minute face to face meetings.
Complete Empowerment includes eight 60-minute face to face meetings.
Complete Ultimate includes sixteen 60-minute face to face meetings.
All programmes include weekly written action plans and ongoing follow up email/phone support and guidance.
Groups
Group coaching.
Interactive workshops.
These options are increasingly popular for team-building and businesses.
