Frequently asked questions.

What topics can be covered in coaching appointments?

Coaching often focuses on a specific goal but considers and takes into account every aspect of the person's life.

This may include:

  • Personal development

  • Professional development

  • Relationships

  • Stress management

  • Career change

  • Work/life balance

  • Self-acceptance

  • Decision making

  • Self-esteem

  • Fitness goals

  • Personal happiness

What can I expect in a session?

You can expect to be asked questions that require a lot more than a one word answer. You can expect to be made to feel comfortable and safe speaking about a range of topics. You can expect to feel motivated and empowered throughout the session and you can expect to have some things to do between sessions to get closer to your goal/s. You will have our full support and we will do whatever we can to help you. We do need to write some notes but these are kept safe and secure and we use them to prepare for future sessions with you and also to help with any email/phone follow up support you may need.

How long does it take?

It really depends on each individual as there is no blanket approach when it comes to coaching. Generally the Introductory sessions are usually 90 minutes and covers a lot of ground. Most clients then follow through with 60-minute sessions, ideally spaced 1-2 weeks apart. Between coaching sessions there is phone/email support available if required. Depending on your goals and the frequency of your sessions, there are a range of options and packages available. We are happy to see clients for as long as it is beneficial and bringing about positive gradual changes. Our aim is to give you some tools and empower you to achieve your goals.

Do I have to commit to coaching long term?

No, we are happy to do one-off sessions if that works best for you although the programmes are designed to support you to achieve your short term goals to ensure you stay on track to meet your long term goals.

Is it confidential?

Yes, completely. We will not share your information with anybody, nor the fact that you are a client. If coaching is something that is funded for a client through an organisation or their work place, there may be some information that may need to be shared in order for objectives to be met but this will be discussed with the organisation/workplace and the client prior to the commencement of coaching and can reviewed.

Where are the sessions held?

This can be decided at the time of booking and we can choose a location where you feel comfortable. Some meetings are held in cafes and libraries while other clients prefer to be seen at their home or work place.

See it, feel it, believe in it.
Make your mental blueprint and begin to build.”
