Life is not always perfect. It is a series of phases and we often need to re-set, check in on ourselves, on our goals and dreams. Sometimes we simply need some motivation and empowerment.

What does a coach do and how can coaching help me?

People from all walks of life are now hiring personal & professional development coaches to help them achieve their goals and secure personal and professional achievement. Setting and sticking to goals is challenging. Many people, no matter how determined they are, find they respond much better and achieve much more when they have someone to provide support, encouragement, motivation, guidance and unbiased understanding.


Helps a person ascertain what they want from life.


Is non judgmental support in a safe trustworthy environment.


Helps to identify/narrow down personal challenges and how to overcome them.

Helps someone establish a doable plan of action.


Works to identify real or perceived obstacles blocking someone's progress.


Provides techniques and strategies so people can deal with obstacles, their negative thoughts and/or mental blocks.

Encourages people to find their core strengths.


Provides motivation and encouragement to help stay on track.

How does it work…

  • We always recommend a client starts with an introductory session where we help them determine where they want to be in;

    a) 12 months time

    b) 5 years time

  • We then look at establishing achievable short-term goals, breaking down any barriers and putting time-frames in place. Client's set goals in different areas- career goals, family work/life balance goals, picking up new hobbies, goals around feeling more content with life in general.

  • An introductory session is 90 minutes and a copy of the notes/goals are emailed to the client with actions on it to support them stay on track. As we move forward, goals are achieved and we hold clients accountable for their own success.

A coach and client work together to explore the client's life purpose, values, beliefs, dreams and aspirations.

The focus is always on results.
